An electrical engineer by training, I came into close contact with IT as early as 1984.

From punch card programming to building my own computer systems and developing state-of-the-art network, communication and multimedia systems, I have studied and supported generations of technologies.

After completing my degree in electrical and communications engineering at Augsburg University of Applied Sciences, I worked for a well-known IT company until 2019.

There I was able to build up a wide range of specialist knowledge and skills in the areas of service, support, software development, hardware setup and maintenance, server administration and network infrastructure, as well as data protection and data security.

Through my diverse contacts with internal and external customers, I was confronted with a wide variety of IT problems. I have learned to understand, evaluate and solve the needs and necessities from the customer’s perspective.

At the latest with the advent of SmartHome, IT has conquered every last corner of our private lives. On the other side is the user, who often feels left alone when dealing with the products.

This gives me the strong motivation to make my knowledge and experience available to you.
